Were you aware that, according to Canyon, NTAH & Tower already have 19 miles of pipeline that ties into the main pipeline to the mainland from Matagorda Island? So please stop mentioning "floorless debenture" as a way to finance pipeline construction. The pipeline is already there. You may as well stop mentioning your speculation about such debentures in relation to anything unless you have facts as a reason for doing so.
