I do not like the idea of further dilution down the road either, but now that the options are here there are some positives that should be considered...

1. 75% of shareholders voted for them. What does this tell you???

To me, this says that 75% of the shares are held by people with confidence in 3 things: current management, the future of the company, and share price appreciation regardless of this amount of eventual dilution.

It also tells me that the major shareholders are not the ones posting to this forum. Some of them likely read this (are you there Sceptre?), but they certainly do not rely on this forum for information.

Also, with 75% of shares in the hands of "friendly" shareholders, the potential to control the price is enormous in future.

2. Management will now have big incentive to perform, and to get the share price UP! Many positive things are unfolding as we have seen from the AGM info.

3. The options will make it far easier to attract a good president.
