Shadow,

You may or may not be correct about Spencer buying back those
100m shares. Why should he? He may be content with using investor
$$ to fund his capital needs and even pay his salary. I was a little
surprised by his statement that the company will no longer need to
dilute the stock value with additional shares. A little PR about what
the company is doing with investor dollars would have been
more appropriate IMO. With all this good news over the past several
months and nothing happening with the stock price, (except going down), how in the world do you see the positive side here? Something
is not right! Although there are many opinions as to why, the bottom
line is Liteglow is not taking action to clean up their play on capital, they have used other peoples money to fund their ventures
(smart), why should they do anything differently? Picking a time to bail out of this one! Just my opinion today.
