Who is Geoff Cox + Greg Phelps?-Insiders took major profit Information taken from the Insider Trading Report - Yahoo FInance 7/14/98 GEOFFREY COX - Between 9/3/97 - 1/2/98 Sold close to 145,000 Shares of Genzyme Common Stock (no including options) - Total Value- CLose to $4.2 Million!! GREGORY PHELPS - Between 7/29-7/30/97 Sold close to 175,000 shares of common stock (not including options) Total Value - close to 4.6 Million!!!! Who are these two guys? I cannot find them on filings as recent officers/directors of Genzyme. Are they retired? Are they with one of the Subsidiaries? Whoever they are... they just did quite nicely.. Any comments? CAVEAT EMPTOR
