I think the downside could be up to $20 if there is a downturn.

MSFT has the luxury of being able to manipulate the numbers with the deferred earnings accounting methods. I think they'll handily beat the street but report at, or a penny or two above consensus, and park the excess in the deferred kitty. That, along with the usual gloom and doom forward outlook, could indeed let some of the air out of the tires. I'm tempted to buy some puts, but if they report one of their occasional blowout quarters and can't hide it, the stock could run up even more.
