Archie,

My understanding is that sales per store has increased. Overall revenues are slightly down, but that is also based on the closing of over 300 stores.

You mentioned that over she has been there over a year and that they are still losing money. If you noticed for the 3rd quarter of 1995 earnings was down by over 20 cents, but for same quarter 1996 there was only a 3 cent loss - that is a major turnaround. Your comment that they still losing money - well she was only 2-3 cents from breaking even.

As for the stock price - I believe that the stock in the past was over-priced(teens). For the future - I feel that CHRS could be in the 6-8 range by spring - that's 33%-78% gain from where I got the stock(4.50). Its relative on where you bought the stock. If anyone
feels that CHRS will get over 10, that's a bit too optimistic.

One last thing - the market was down dramatically in the morning (NASDAQ down almost 40 points), and CHRS remained the same basically.
