Oh - honey - I HAVE kept "good tabs" on the competition!!! Had a Dell in Portugal - needed service and had the option of sending to Limmerick or Asia - down time 4 months total!!! I don't know about you - but I NEED MY COMPUTER!!!! While it, the Dell was away - I bought a Compaq (locally, in Portugal, I might add) - when it needed minor service the guy came right out - even there... no $120 to send to Limmerick... meanwhile I was STILL waiting for the Dell to return!!! It now sits in the "return box" - I am afraid to actually use it!!! What if it breaks again???
