Very interesting article from 6/27 about secured's lawyer..... In the Toronto Star Mr. Barnett , Secured Lawyer, was suspended from practicing law for 6 months for filing too many frivilous lawsuits against 40 different co's on his represented companies behalf against "blacklisted" targets of secured. Also I hear that Mr. Miller, the President of Secured has many personal lawsuits against him for fraud and embezzlement. AETI does have simular encryption to Secured Communication Inc. However they have different architecture and implement the system differently. (Almost all encryption co's have "simular" ways of dealing with the encryption problem).
Also to answer a previous question on this thread, in April/May, Secured was suspended (halted) by the securities commission of the Vancouver stock exchange pending investigation into alledged fraud, manipulation and embezzlement of the companies'stock. In June, they "voluntarily" delisted themselves rather than provide information pertinent to the investigation.
Lastly, the lawsuit is against AETI of Canada, not the publicly trading AETI of America. AETI of America is strictly a licensee and while there is definately an indirect impact, there is no direct impact. Again, u can formulate your own opinion on the status of the lawsuit, but it certainly is not "well known that they will lose the suit" (in my opinion) and I have only tried to state facts.
