AVNT. EPS. 99% sure EPS are reported after the close today. As for the courts, last I heard AVNT's motion to disqualify the DA was w/ a Marin Municipal crt judge who was hearing the DA's motion to remove the Judge who O'kd the evidenciary hearing on the matter. Got that. This is our tax dollars and shareholders $ hard at work. What a waste of human resources, time and money. As for the other issues, I don't think that there are any near term hearings/disclosures... It almost "summer vacation season" for most judges. IMOO.
