I asked Ira about how the issuing of shares next month, will effect their eps estimates. He said that on Friday, a financial proforma will go out...which will explain how they reached their $0.15-$0.22 eps estimate for 1998. So I presume, that they are figuring everything in, with their estimates. We will see on Friday. Also, he said that next week,, he will be on radio stations in LA, NY, and Florida. Jon
