Randy, my comment was not intended as a criticism of anyone who has invested in this stock. Dollar cost averaging as the stock drops is a viable investment strategy if the company survives.

It just seems to me that if an investor has $5 or 10 million or whatever amount of financing AGTI needs, the investor might just want to wait until the "blood is running in the streets", (as it appears about ready to happen), and then swoop in like a vulture and pick up the assets at a fraction of true value, then build a new company which they would own entirely.

But as you say, risk and reward go together, and if were easy to pick the winners, we would all be crowding the Carribean beaches. This is just an opinion, and not based on any knowledge other than what I have observed on this thread. Hope I am wrong. Good Luck.
