A few thoughts, if I may: Tom: It is nice to see that you are keeping your head up in these times of stress. You said: "We should be clear on what we are placing our confidence in here." Who amongst us, besides you, actually has any confidence right now. Henry: With regard to the three possibilities you ranked in your post: Why rank the options; they likely all are true. Has Carl Campbell issued another letter in which he acknowledges and apologizes for the material misstatements of fact in his first letter? Did Carl's resignation take effect immediately upon his giving notice to the company? Or is he still technically a board member until new members are appointed? If anyone out there has access to Paul Blumberg, please pass along this thought: Paul, if there ever was a time for you to stand by your intellectual and scientific abilities and to defend your lab and your reputation, this is it. Whoever coined the phrase "no news is good news" was full of crap.
