I am far less involved w/MRV than in the 1-4 years past, but here's what I see. When word was circulating about the WDM announcement, money started flowing in (privately, WDM had been discussed for over a year), but was almost instantly reversed as the echoes hit from the approached placees of the offering. You can note that the low was hit very early in the process, and the stock was higher when the deal was finally done.

Again, word is another very strong quarter, particularly since MRV has chosen to not announce pre-market, as is the norm, nor post-market.

Once again, the factors are in place to drive an upward move, eventually through the conversion level. There is enough coverage to shortly make MRV a featured push, as the environment is, for the moment, perfect.

There is still general disgust for MRV's street politics and investor P.R., and none of us can justify the time, as we could when the stock was $2 (S.A.) and a clearly hidden gem, to dig for info which should be freely disseminated. The WDM announcement was vague to the point of making the introduction of a potentially significant new revenue stream stillborn.

HOWEVER, once again, growth has forced the issue, and there aren't too many undervalued growth companies left in this sector.
