FYI...the company filed their bankruptcy petition ( reorg) in Nov emerged with the approved plan on 6/30/98. Current Management are direct investor with finance savy. According to the public filings and approved plan the company emerges essentially debt free with the exception of Norwest which was in fact a debtor in possession with secure credit facilities. With a private placement to clear this obilgation and thus reactivate it, the company seems positioned to move forward again. In my opinion, a management team that can walk in and out of reorg demonstrates capabilities that former management obviously lacked. I like many watching for the quarterly filing to determine investment merit.
