ackbh, As usual, you have a well thought out idea.

However, I see 2 potential problems. 1) To date, I've not heard of any BIG company showing ANY interest in BICO. 2) If Sportacus, over at Yahoo, is right and BICO still has another $5 million Reg S shares to convert in December, this could use up the authorized number of shares.

Are you aware of the current state of the Reg S. I was not able to confirm that info.
