Andrew if you are long, I hope you are right. But your assessment is one of a person who would be willing to hold for 12-24 months. Notice the pattern. This stock is becoming a playground for momentum players. What will happen to the investors who buy at 7 when the stock settles back down by the end of the day? If a broker recommends this stock to a client, the client could eventually take him to arbitration. That's why negative earnings are so dangerous. The Preferred stock weighing over our heads does not help either.
