I agree PM except for one thing. Even assuming total dilution, the numbers in the deal may be based on a value pro forma of $75 million. If that is the case, this stock is worth $3 NOW. So I'd love MM to know that!!! That means 6-10 in a year, assuming the plan stays on course. Even more if hypesters come in.
