I am with you! As I said to Gary, if the CFO stated that "they have already booked $1B in revenue" he could be in for SERIOUS trouble fort making false statements. You seem to know this situation pretty well: Rambus sales revenues have been flat for at least 3 quarters for all practical purposes. Do you think this stock is a buy still?
