Jon you know a simple way to resolve this is make sure you state facts. Please stop fighting with people. I would like to know where you got the 1.03 figure from also if you could get a copy of the Preferred resolution that would prove that figure however the SEC filings are where you are having a problem. The filings wording does not support what you are saying. Again I am not at war with you just trying to get verifications on what you are being told .. I just want the facts and facts cannot be argued with once verified. TIA GB BTW the ask was not at .17 today
