I am a little confused with the filings. In the 10k they
state that the 2100 series A was still outstanding as of
March 31.

What are the 2 SB-2 filings in Feb.
Is the company registering shares in anticipation of the
series A conversion?

Or were the series A converted in Feb. for 6+mil shares?
