According to my real time they were buys. So I tested it with a sell at .17 which did not do anthing for an hour. Once the .18 buys hit I removed the sell immediately. Also they showed as + on my real time. So it is anyone's guess on mid point trades. However you are right the ask was not at .18 according to my real time GB
