Join in today with a moderate position. So far the new management seems to have done everything expected of them. Believe that the laser procedure is really going to take off this year since with a good economy people are more likely to pay to once and forever get rid of their glasses/contact. Actually over the long term might even cost less. Too bad HMO's will only care about the short term cost/benefit.
