Ok according to the TA there are no Preferred so I assume they have converted which would go along with the filings wording since it was at the holders option to be able to do that. I have not got to the correction on the 10Q or the 2 sbs yet. Lots of reading to do . Again I just want the facts not a bunch of third party information and speculation GB Maybe those two big players will be stepping today as promised.
