anytime a company issues convertable shares with a bottomless floor
I would be very careful.
What if they issue more series A preferred during the
march thru July timeframe? At todays prices
2100 shares of Series A preferred can be converted to
16+mil shares.

The stock structure is very important and should be watched
constantly. Frequent calls to the TA would be wise.
