Ah, if only a majority of edgy investors would follow such wisdom! In investing, basically it is MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT. It cannot be drilled into the average investors brain enough. You can have the best technology in the world, but without the right management, it will not amount to much, or somebody else will soon invent a better mousetrap and take away your market. One also have to follow and correctly interpret any financial reporting for positive and negative trends that reflect on management's ability, among other things (news, etc.).
