At this point a reverse split would be ridiculous. With 40 million shares outstanding what could he gain. he doesn't need to free up shares to make purchases with. He still has 60 million at his disposal. at 8 cents a share, he would need to do a 50 for 1 to get on the small cap (he has stated so many times that he won't reverse to get listed.) Not to mention that $4 isn't the only criteria to get listed. (go to otcbb.com to see requirements) a reverse split is the furthest thing from my mind at this point. I'm calm cool and collected here myself. I don't know why everyone else is agitated.
