Main offices Located in Dahlonega, GA and Macon, GA. They are a holding company with I think 12 affiliates located down the center of GA with branches from Copperhill, TN down towards Macon, covering most of the small towns in north central areas and a few others. Share price has gone from about $12 to about $35 in the last couple of years. About $1 billion in assets as of last December. Recent earnings release on Yahoo:
