I do believe that toma is the person to go with CIMA on the trip. To me, it is not so much a PR operation as a fact finding operation. Toma seems to have the technical background needed to know what to ask and what to look for, while CIMA has the language and knowledge of the area, enabling him to make contact with the people over there. I think the two of them will form a good team and will gather very useful information for all of us. If some people, journalists or others, see it as a lack of confidence, too bad
