Special Stockholders Meeting to Effectively
Change the Corporate Name to "The
Internet Advisory Corporation"
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 16,1998--Olympus M.T.M. Corp. (symbol:OMTM) announced the Special Stockholders Meeting to be held on Aug. 18, 1998 at the premises of The International Building, 2455 East Sunrise Blvd., Suite 401, Fort Lauderdale,FL 33304.
The major point of discussion/voting will be to change the name of the
corporation to ''THE INTERNET ADVISORY CORPORATION'' from Olympus. On June 22, 1998, Olympus announced the acquisition of The Internet Advisory. The meeting will be for all shareholders and will be held at
5:00 p.m.
Among other subjects, there will be a vote on symbol change. This is being brought forth since the full activities of Olympus is involved in the internet and is being executed by The Internet Advisory Corporation's management team.
The Internet Advisory Corporation currently is an international website design and hosting company working with small, medium and large corporations. Along with graphic website design includes Online Marketing, Cross Linking With Existing Advertising, Search Engine Listings, Material Publishing, Cooperative Links and Internet Advertising. Upon the building of a website, it will need to be hosted by an Internet server so that it is accessible on the World Wide Web.
