Thanks, Gary.
I have some "obvious" information for the thread, just in case that it skips some of us here:
Amzn's insiders(Baker & Taylor) sales:
Sold, July 1, 100,000 shares at $107 per shares. Sold, July 6, 250,000 shares at $134 per shares.
Lets see, they was extremely happy to sell the first 100K shares..after all, it was somewhat low-profile, just 100K...
Then 5 days later actually only 1 or 2 trading days there due to July 4 weekend), They immediately sell another 250K shares...not low-profile anymore!! If they own anymore shares of Amzn, then Amzn is paying "all things possible/ imaginable via shares..and some people are telling me, again and again, the Amzn's CEO is a visionery..not at all a hedge fund manager in his heart...
I think b/c that they are the Amzn suppliers of some sort; therefore there is no restrictions as to when can they sell??
The other Amzn insiders, may have to follow the Two weeeks after earning window period.....We will be watching... |
