Jim,
I won the last round! Now here is my estimate for the Q3.
Assumptions are:
Gross Margin = 41%
R&D = $26.5M (same as Q2)
Markting and G&A = $23M (slightly higher than Q2
Interest Income = $0.7M
No. of Shares = 47.5M

Results:
a) a 3% growth in revenue (modest!); eps = $0.14
b) a 5% growth in revenue (less modest); eps = $0.16

Bottom line: Until i have better info I will say $0.14-0.16.
