In the interest of accuracy, someone really needs to check with AMZN and B&T. We know from experience with the float issue, that public records, or derivatives of those records can be wrong, and people jump to a lot of conclusions. I'm looking at this link: biz.yahoo.com and it says: Name: BAKER & TAYLOR INC Title: Beneficial Owner of More Than 10% of the Company's Securities Company: Amazon Com Inc Shares Remaining: Unknown as of - It is possible that B&T filed, but the electronic records don't show the filing. Anyone live close to where the SEC records are filed?
