ctys- moving from record lows this once was a very good stock but bad financial planning and loans have put this company where it is now.... they are in negotiation to extend their bond repayments........this is a company this is in chapter 11.......but there are a lot of financial instition that would take a big hit if they were to let them company go chapter 7...... this is a very risky stock.........
