Well here I am. I don't feel I owe you anything Ravi, because I am sure that before you bought this you did your own DD. Any smart investor does that. If you still some, like me, then it is definitely a tough time.

If you need someone to blame you should look in the mirror.

Now...why has this stock gone down so far?

1) Because when TMEX pumped and dumped, it soured many people on it
2) When the volume slowed, the MM's walked down the bid and/or widened the spread and people got tired and dumped
3) The Company has not hired a PR firm which I told the CEO I thought was essential with a stock like this, where it takes time for the technologies to mature
4) There were not enough long term investors in this stock and they bailed, even though the technologies of the company are pretty outstanding.
5) I told the CEO that I would not be posting much anymore, as I am not able to prevent the stock from falling from where it was. I was hoping they would step up to the plate since they have a lot more riding on it than any of us. But I guess they are more patient than we are.

The BB market is fraught with peril. I had 2 stocks, BNEZ and PGKP (now USXP) that did suprise reverse splits which tanked the stocks. THis is my third disaster, not because the company is a bad one, but because of the reasons above, IMO.

Luckily I diversify as anyone smart should and have 7 others stocks that are doing well and some real well.....CYGS, TSIG, ROTIP, etc.

So....you can blame someone else and this post may not satisfy you, but this is the best I can do. I am going to call the CEO and get an update today or tomorrow. I can report back but maybe you all should call him.

212-303-1333 Irwin Roth, CEO

but I am sure you have that number because you did your own dd beofre you bought, right?

I guess Dave Gore owes us an update on this crappy stock. He is the one who was
promoting this stock all over SI.
