Tom G - Thanks for your response. When you say "fund" are you thinking mutual fund? My experience here in Canada is that mutual funds own things, they don't finance things. Why would a fund want to finance something? As a second question, don't you think 1 million dollars on DD is a bit excessive? That could keep forty 50,000 a year people going for six months! Is this the funding for only two plants?
