I've read the PR's....here's what they appear to say... 1) ICVI starts with about 20 MM shares. 2) ICVI issues 50 MM new shares. They go to MTEI in the reverse. 3) MTEI takes the 50 MM new shares and trades them for land. 4) MTEI management left with no shares; company in control of the former landowners. I've asked you to outline an alternate scenario, but you cannot.
