My understanding and what I did was to contact the dividend department at who ever your brokerage is with. Tell them about the dividend, if they are not aware, and the name change, and have them call (561)-833-5560, this is Corporate Builders, they are handling the whole process for AFRI. You do not need to obtain the physical shares yourself, it can all be handled for you.
