Mark - Re:"Does this proposal have any flaws?" Yes - this simplistic analysis has the same fault as the underpinnings of Communism - pardon my melodramatics. It ignores human, personal motives. Why do people sell stock? To make money with which to do other things. Barrett is buying up a huge chunk of Montana, Andy Grove has battled with mortality of late. To read so much in to stock sales is not necessarily a good idea if your are trying to predict the future of a corporation. Of course, some corporations heading for the bit bucket will be an exception. Paul
