Excerp from morning Lehman report::

"DIGITAL VIDEO INCREASINGLY ROBUST. Our chief interest in CUBE is the strong
position of its Divicom unit (35% of sales) in the emerging digital broadcast
market. Divicom appears headed for close to 30% growth on the strength of
demand for its TV broadcast digital encoding equipment. 40% of Divicom's
sales are to Echostar, and we believe Echostar's commitment to capacity
expansion remains very strong. Also, terrestial digital broadcasting has
already begun in the UK, and Divicom is a benficiary. Within the next 6
months, an accelerated growth in US digital broadcasting should be under way,
and we believe this could easily increase Divicom's served available market by
50%. Also, as previously highlighted, we continue to believe Divicom has an
opportunity to add DirecTV to its customer list, potentially an even larger
customer than Echostar. Opportunities for upside in digital settop boxes (6%
of sales; CUBE's partnership with Matsushita/Panasonic position CUBE
potentially as a supplier to TCI) and DVD (3% of sales) remain on track."

and for fun
