Bruce, I asked Dan most of the questions that have been tossed around this board and others. One of my personal concerns was/is the 15 million new shares. That seems to be the "end" of the Reg S that was done last year. Was not happy when that happened, still not happy about it, but at least it's over with.
Funding & closing are "almost" a done deal. This is a big project & there have been a number of set backs over the months. It appears that they have a "solid" business plan and I understood that 30 days after closing they could start pre-selling.
They do not have a real shareholder relations person at their Orlando office. They do have someone to field the calls, but no IR person as such. We keep trying to squeeze information out of someone who is not at liberty to give information.

Bob Stone at the Dilinschneider Group 212-922-0900 is their PR representative. He is the one who "faxed" me the release this morning.

I was also concerned with the "disappearance" of the InternetStockMarket" site. His response was basically that it did not help shareholder value so they chose to let it go.

BB listing. As Nasdaq rules the BB placement and requires "new" (to the BB) companies to be SEC compliant & reporting we will have to wait until they file. The filing, the closing, & the BB listing are all imminent and will have a strong impact on shareholder value. The price might not respond as quickly as we'd like, but there will be some added value.
