I am, Steve. This is only second gear. I was thinking of shifting to third but your admonition will force me to remain in second.

I give you a parable about fishermen.

There are three types of fisherment. One use the subtilty and patience of the line and hook. They cleverly prepare their bait and patiently and teasingly dangle it before the fish producing little nibbles that further entice the fish. A few fish finally swallow the bait.
There is another type of fisherman that casts his net repeately hoping to catch several fish a one time. He lacks the subtility and patience of the hook and line fisherman, but his cating methods often produce greater catches.
Then their is the harpon fisherman. He is patient but without subtility.
He watches carefully for fish that swim within his reach and then violent harpons them within his net.
The sea of the world is filled with hungry fish and God needs all three types of fishermen to bring in the harvest. Let not the hook and line fisherman disparage the methods of the net and harpon. Let each fish and harvest according to the gifts that God has provided.
