DSPetry, If you read the filings on Edgar the Series A preferred can be converted to common stock. Each series A pref. when converted is worth $1000.00 divided by 70% of the value of the current stock price. 2100 series A pref. shares 2100 X $1000 = 2.1mil 2.1mil/(70% of .18current stock price = .126) = 16.67million shares.
