Hilarious. All the traders out there waiting for just "one spike" and publicly lauding the illiterate and their rants on the management because they can't get a spike fast enough to blow off their stock. And no one reads and understands the basics: The NPV for the project is conservatively > $180M US. The Company has the money to begin engineering immediately. Or they read it and just don't care because they are traders and equate the value of the management with their own failed expectations of short term share price movements.
