The listing is on NASDAQ Pinks (sh*t) but it is unclear on the trading station if this is a new or previous listing. Could be an old listing that hasn't been used in a while or it could be a brand new listing that is just getting geared up to start trading. There is no bid/ask/last/volume or any other information. Keep the symbol up and you just might see a couple or three days of very heavy volume that will be indicating the equity transfer to the new listing.

Is anybody familiar with the transferance of compliance rules from a Canadian exchange to NASDAQ? Does SCADF have to comply with the buyback promissed in April? I think we may have our answer why Pinks and not CDN!

Good luck everyone.
