CWEI closed at 16, +1/4, Bid 15 3/4 X Ask 16....Volume 69K CWEI closed up on what was a very down day on the market. Out of 140 oil stocks that I monitor, only 14 were up. Oil was up 0.17 towards the close and natural gas was down 0.29. The spot price of oil should be approx. $25.75/barrel.
