What is flawed here is the management of CAI. No announcement other than whining that their technology is OK. What I want to hear is their GAME PLAN. Do they have one or are they holding negotiations and can't divulge the "plan" at this critical point in the deal? Like their "bull" about their BANX deal. I feel I have been had, and the longer they keep silent the more I suspect that their plan all along was to get as much out of their holdings as possible. The filing with the SEC should have been the tipoff, but someone said it was for JA to cover margins. Cover his a........ would be more like it. Anyhow live and learn,
