No deal has fallen through...my best guess is that since the Toronto Stock Exchange has suffered a severe hit over the last few days, someone has had to dump to cover a margin call in another area of their portfolio. Tough to take for that individual, but that's the life of leveraged investing I guess. Keep in mind, as someone else has noted -- this amounts to all of $ 5,000 worth of trading in Bomax today. You can pretty well bet that true liquidity is a few weeks away anyway.
