My buddy talked with IR and obtained the following:
1. Packaging explanation is bogus.
2. Ingram not being involved until licence from Soundview is also bogus.
The main reason for the delay is the encoding. The majors were supposed to have this done by June 12 but they only started at this date. TVL is aiming for the back-to-school period since there's no point of pushing it before the technical issues (encoding) is complete. They are currently working side by side with Ingram in targeting several major chains. TV manufacturers are not presently in a hurry because of these technical issues. Some of them would have liked to come out with the V-chip TVs in time for Christmas, but given the delays, it is unlikely to happen (they did not want to commit until this is resolved). Nichimen is involved in talking to Japanese manufacturers. Even though Sony has a product of its own, it may not have the same features, thus, even this manufacturer cannot be completely ruled out in terms of licencing.
Selling pressure mainly attributable to the fund as previously mentioned.
TVL has 140 days to announce their year-end results. In my opinion, don't expect marginal profits due to heavy investment in the V-chip.
Management will not issue any unofficial projections. Orders and deal will be announced as they become finalized.

Now from me, if I was like you Allen, I would comment on the positive price movement today as directly proving you wrong, but I realize there's more to the real story beside the daily volatility. Since TVL you feel TVL is a scam, I am assuming that you would agree that the true value is somewhere around $0.10 based on other revenues. We'll see how good you are over time. Should be fun and let the truth win.
I value your right to express your opinions (if its up to me you can swallow your words and still entertain us even though you promised to get lost if your Soundview theory is not true), but give us some explanations for them. Otherwise, stop embarrassing yourself and cluttering this site and do your rah-rah on the Acacia site. Thanks.
