Ahhh the lost souls... So Davidson won and FSCX lost...they should pay up. LOL We're all in a bad way in this stock. And it's easy to start tossing stones at anything that moves. But let's at least give FSCX the benefit of knowing how to utilize the judicial system to correct an erroneous decision and judgement in this Davidson case. And I can assure you that Rafferty is not going to disclose any details regarding any negotiations going on between these lawyers. Do you think that Davidson and FSCX are just sitting on their respective sides of the fence pouting?? These lawyers are talking, and the judge is talking, they've had court appearances...but like you we don't know what the outcome will be. Davidson played his card by trying to sieze FSCX bank accounts. Madsen played his card by filing in the court for protection. The judge will now decide who is right. And right now, I believe that you will find this judge to have told both sides to work it out. Madsen can be a sneaky bastard. I suspect he's holding a trump card that we still haven't seen. Guys you know I'm long a ton of this BS stock. ANd I can only give you my interpretations of what I'm hearing right now. But I will agree with everyone on one point. That MM is making a TON OF MONEY trading this stock. About 40% per day if my calculations are correct. Anyone one to get some money together with me and make a market in this stock. At this rate we could be even in a couple of weeks! R..
