Dad I would say that hits it right on the head. he Transfer Agent said there were no Preferred on the two figures she gave me.

This confirms the 17M number of the filings which is when the conversion tool place. Also the filings has a lot more as I read such as attorneys and license fees all got shares too.

I read no limitation or anything else on the preferred either. Now I hope everyone knows why I am so adamant about extending Perferred stock and not doing a conversion. However in this case the Perferred was not trading on the market.

I asked about 455K that I could not find in the filings and was told to called the company. Please remember Transfer Agents are contractors of the company.

But simple you are exactly right from what I have read and the rest is nothing but confusion and speculative promises.
